                               RESOLUTION NO. 19701
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO 
                   ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH CONSERVCO FOR 
                   CONSULTING SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED WITHIN 
                   THE EMPLOYEE BENEFITS DIVISION FOR AN AMOUNT 
                   NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 
                   DOLLARS ($20,000.00), PLUS MISCELLANEOUS 
                   EXPENSES.
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to enter into an 
       Agreement with Conservco for consulting services to be performed 
       within the Employee Benefits Division for an amount not to exceed 
       $20,000.00, plus miscellaneous expenses.
